As a Client Director, you will be accountable for building and maintaining the long term sustainable relationships with our clients. You will collaborate with our Cloud, Engineering and Data Practices as well as Sales Consultants and Client Success Managers to bring the best of Daemon to bear for our clients to solve their most complex technology related business problems.
You should be curious and hungry to share your talent and experience from a fast-paced tech centric environment, but also open minded and curious to learn more as you help to grow and develop the people around you as well as our business. Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels is a must while also demonstrating an ability to work under pressure and juggle conflicting demands. to project sponsorship, senior stakeholder management and deliverable quality assurance to ensure client satisfaction
Utilising exceptional communications and relationship building skills to lead, develop and nurture strong client relationships
Orchestrating and building account strategies and plans to ensure revenue and profitability targets are hit
Leading the tender process and commercial negotiations for new engagements
Responsible for the opportunity pipeline and engagement delivery related data quality and accuracy through Salesforce for your portfolio of clients
Being the Daemon senior leader accountable in the eyes of both our clients our people working on the accounts within your portfolio
Able to demonstrate experience of being a trusted advisor and partner to C-level senior client stakeholders
Cloud, Engineering and Data
Proven track record of developing compelling go to market plans, business development and account management
Internally you’ll be assigned a mentor and buddy, to help with your experience. You’ll be working with Sales, Operations and Resourcing teams as well as with the Consultants you have on client projects.
