In this newly created role applications are eagerly sought from experienced Procurement and Commercial Management Professionals who have a demonstrable track record in leading the delivery of Procurement and Commercial Management activity across a Portfolio of complex high value Construction and Engineering Projects.

As Part of a £1 Billion + Procurement Management leadership team your remit will include;

  • Manage complete procurement process and drafting of Tender documentation for the full procurement cycle.
  • Lead commercial management, responsible for procurement activity and post contract management on EPC Contracts
  • Develop, deliver and maintain the project procurement strategy for projects and proposals to meet overall business needs and objectives across the Procurement Function.
  • Manage and expedite procurement processes ensuring project timescales are met, delivering sustainable savings and value through commercial insight, supply market expertise and contracting excellence.
  • Define and implement Procurement Strategies and influence stakeholders to secure cross-business support
  • Facilitate and support negotiations and conclusion of key contracts with suppliers.
  • Work with Functional Leaders to develop Sourcing and Procurement to enable successful and efficient project delivery.
  • Act as subject matter expert for ethical and sustainable sourcing pre and post Supplier Qualification.
