Conveyancing Assistant required to join our busy and well-respected legal conveyancing company in Chelmsford. As conveyancing assistant, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, client care and the legal process as directed by your Fee Earner. It is essential for this Conveyancing Assistant opportunity that you do possess some conveyancing experience and have strong communication skills are key across all channels with Developers, Solicitors, Lenders, Clients and Colleagues as part of daily operations, ensuring the company values and culture is supported.
Managing email traffic and phone calls daily and also covering additional emails and calls during colleagues’ absence
Maintain effective communication with clients via phone and email throughout the transaction to ensure they are kept up to date with their transaction
Create and send Mortgage & contract Reports
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Must possess at least one year’s previous conveyancing experience
Competitive £24-£28k salary dependant on experience
