Their employees are the key to their success, and they are committed to the development, training and support of our workforce and are seeking skilled CNC machinists to join our team.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines to provide high-quality parts and components. (Initially starting on days shifts 37 hours per week and moving to 2 weekly rotating day shift of 36 hours per week following an initial period of training.

Weeks 1 & 2 are Monday to Wednesday is 7:00am - 7:30pm.

43 per hour, overtime payable after 36 hours. (Plus shift allowance of £80.48 per week whilst on rotating day shift).

Setting and operating CNC machinery.

Maintaining an exemplary level of housekeeping.

Keeping waste to a minimum.

Having high levels of concentration and focus to achieve production targets and scheduled customer deadlines.

Monitoring your own quality and productivity with continuous improvement mind set.

Helping and being proactive for the continual improvement of processes.

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.

Knowledge of setting CNC machines.

The client offers the CNC Machinists a basic salary of £29,000, twenty-five days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), free car parking, free hot beverages, length of service payments, social club, optional health cash plan, sick pay scheme up to 18 weeks full pay after qualifying periods, enhanced paternity, maternity, bereavement, and compassionate leave.
