Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead financial planning and budgeting operations for the unit.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports.
  • Ensure financial compliance with public sector regulations.
  • Participate in decision-making processes related to financial matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals and ensure their development and performance.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A full Accountancy Qualification- ACCA/ CIMA/ CIPFA/ ACA
  • Extensive Finance Business Partnering skills
  • Worked with non-finance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
