Sales Trainer
Monday Friday Office Based
From corporate retreats to meet and greets- they work with a huge range of clients, offering luxury experiences at top events, with A list celebrities, all over the UK. In this Account manager position you will be responsible for:

Determing and organising training
Performing sales representative assessments
Identifying skill gaps with sales employees
Creating Training Materials: Developing high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support learning objectives and reinforce key concepts.
Analysing sales figures before and after training to measure success
Sales training experience.
Previous sales experience (Desirable)
