- Leads in making decisions on when and how substantial changes to the data analytics tooling and workflow are needed
- Turns implicit knowledge explicit by documenting processes, key decisions, schematics, and other facts regularly
- Makes data more accessible across the company by publishing relevant analyses and training others throughout the company on how to access data unaided
