Our client, a leading British manufacturer in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team. With a focus on providing high-quality and cost-effective products to global healthcare providers, our client offers an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to their continued success. ✨ Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: Shenley Remuneration: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Driving Required: Yes, due to location and no public transport links Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 9am-5.30pm Friday 9am-5pm (based in the office 5 days a week) Responsibilities: Daily processing of all purchase ledger invoices for all entities within our client's group Processing invoices ️ Collaborate with internals team to follow up and resolve stock queries Monthly reconciliation and posting of credit card statements Posting of monthly expense and business mileage claims Processing supplier payments Conduct supplier statement reconciliations Daily posting of bank receipts Credit control to ensure timely payments from customers Updating sales on PSUK & PSM systems Daily bank reconciliations Preparation and posting of month-end and monthly stock journals Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as required To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this position. Our client offers a competitive remuneration package, including an annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000. In addition, you will enjoy various employee benefits such as 20 days of annual leave (+ bank holidays) which increases by a day each year up to 25 days, death in service benefit, onsite parking, and a pension contribution of up to 3%.
