THE GOAL

As a Partnership Manager, you will have a crucial role in our business: you are THE person who selects, trains and follows our franchise partners and help them on their way to becoming successful members of our ecosystem. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, sell our concept and ensure its development through the constitution of a quality network. To succeed, you will have to implement management skills such as finance, logistics, recruitment and legal, and you might have to travel.

Reporting to the: Country Manager

Direct reports: Partnership Assistant

WHAT YOU DO

  • Identify and attract franchisee candidates, deliver engaging business presentations, manage a selection process and ultimately recruit the most suitable franchise partners for our points of sales.
  • Liaise with the ecosystem to plan and deliver the successful opening of new points of sales
  • Organise new points of sales management
  • Support new franchise partners for the opening of new points of sales
  • Manage suppliers
  • Prepare franchise agreements, support contract signings and track deadlines
  • Manage and coordinate training days and training materials for franchisees with the training centre managers
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions, coordinate with the rest of the team on their training materials and agendas
  • Liaise with the finance team to collect invoices, build and update the dashboard, manage claims, collect and issue payments to suppliers
  • Build strong working relationships with existing franchisees, share best practices
  • Maintain appropriate levels of communication and manage crises where necessary

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in recruitment, training, sales would be beneficial
  • Ability to effectively multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Constantly curious to learn new things and to find new ways of finding franchise partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly productive team while also capable of autonomous working
  • 'Fluent in English & any additional Asian language skills are highly advantageous'
  • Reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is an advantage
