Overview:

A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or a bank-based mortgage adviser to join one of the UK’s best known mortgage broker brands as a whole of market mortgage and protection adviser in the Hucknall area.

Our client is offering a basic salary to £28,000 (dependent upon experience) with financial guarantees to the equivalent to £50,000 for 5 months, plus full employee benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, and all leads provided on a day-to-day basis

Main Duties:

As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will join the existing team of professional introducers in the Hucknall estate agency office. Offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and an existing client base in the Hucknall area.

Working closely with an estate agency introducer you will receive leads on a day-to-day basis, working with the team of introducers, you will contact the clients via the telephone, over zoom or face to face you will deal with the referrals on a swift and timely manner.

You will be responsible for managing your own diary and speak to the new clients as soon as the referral is passed over.

As well as receiving new hot leads on a day-to-day basis you will also have unlimited access to the branch existing client base, offering remortgage, product transfer advice.

Not only will the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser be receiving an excellent package, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Hucknall will receive new leads on a daily basis, access to an existing client base, plus mortgage admin support.

Key Skills:

You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor who is experienced in offering mortgage and protection advice and possess the relevant mortgage qualifications.

A clean credit history along with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.
