Job Title: Valuations Associate Director

Location: London, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of valuation professionals.
  • Oversee the execution of valuation engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance on complex valuation methodologies and techniques.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor valuation solutions accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on valuation matters.

Business Development:

  • Contribute to the growth of the Valuations practice by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to enhance business development efforts.
Team Development:
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical skills and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the valuations team.
Technical Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in valuation.
  • Utilize advanced valuation methodologies and tools to ensure the highest standards of service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8years of relevant experience in valuation, with a focus on financial services, M&A, or related fields.
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, ASA, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leading valuation engagements and managing client relationships.
  • Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
