Support Worker Pay rate: £15-£16(monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week - Weekdays and Weekends 8am - 10pm
Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Wincanton area and able to commute.
Weve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with an individual we support living in Wincanton.They are an individual with a brain injury who appreciates support workers looking past this and supporting them with day-today life.Were looking for a like-minded caring individual to join our close-knit team to help support them in leading the life they want to live.
Key Responsibilities Support Workers cover all manners of support for others from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
Support with all facets of daily living.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
