This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to join our traffic management team in Canterbury as a TTM trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and assessing training that addresses the needs of the participant and the business. The training you deliver will be of a high-quality standard, compliant with all guiding principals and engaging to ensure the continued success of our people.

In a ddition to the above you will:

  • Facilitate all training to a high standard to ensure all attendees are provided with the optimum opportunity to learn and develop.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff to create learning and development plans.
  • Support the wider Fulton Hogan team with TTM training, travelling out of region when required.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional training skills, ideally with experience or qualifications in adult education.
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Traffic Management operations and all related safety and compliance.
  • NZQA qualified assessor.
  • STMS Qualification and minimum 5 years’ experience with the TTM industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and quality.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload to ensure efficiency.
  • Competent presenter with strong communication skills.
