Group Tax Manager - Interim Role
Location: Dorset (Hybrid, ideally 3 days in the office)
Contract: Initial 3-4 months
We are seeking a dynamic Group Tax Manager to join our clients team on an interim basis. With a focus on corporation tax compliance and reporting, you will work collaboratively with finance teams across the globe to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.

Assist in preparing and submitting UK corporate tax computations alongside external advisors and finance staff. Oversee the SAO compliance process and manage tax risk effectively.
* Lead the year-end tax reporting process under IFRS. Collaborate with global finance teams and external auditors, preparing disclosures for group accounts, and forecasting effective tax rates and cash taxes throughout the year.
* Manage statutory tax disclosures under UK GAAP, coordinating with external auditors.
* Provide ad-hoc guidance to worldwide sites, address HMRC queries, identify process improvements, and evaluate opportunities for maximizing tax reliefs. Contribute to scenario analysis for business decisions and assist with various projects as required.

ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a specialisation in corporate tax preferred.
* Previous experience in a finance department within a multinational company is advantageous but not essential.
