We are seeking talented, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Theatres team as Operating Department Practitioners. This position is also open to student ODPs nearing qualification.

Join us as a newly qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) and you will receive full support from our Anaesthetic and new starter team across a varied range of specialities within Theatres at the Royal United Hospital Bath.

We are extremely proud of our ethos of supporting newly qualified practitioners and providing a team orientated environment. We provide an in house induction and provide an excellent preceptorship package. In house and external training opportunities are available to support you in your continued professional development.

In this role you will work with multi-professional colleagues in a busy 16-theatre department. We're looking for ambitious individuals who can help drive our department into the future. If you can be flexible, forward-thinking, motivated to progress, and have an eye for performance and delivery, then we would love to hear from you.
