The role has responsibility for generating revenue and developing the profitability of the business whilst ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of commercial insurance. Ensuring a quality service is provided to all customers in accordance with their needs and requirements.
Achieve all numerical targets and key performance indicators while maintaining full adherence to the compliance requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
Ensure all Key Performance Indicators are achieved (new business income, renewal income retention, self-generated business income, additional business income, aged debtors) and are attained compliantly with regulator.
To always operate within the guidelines of the regulator, company policies, procedures, conduct policies and guides to best practice.

Presentation of recommendations and cover to the customer for renewals and to account executive for new business.
Support and establish good working relationship with the account executives.
Assisting the account executive in closing new business opportunities.
Ensuring cover is on risk for renewals, new business and midterm adjustments.
Identifying and assisting account executives with securing cross selling business and referrals.

Monitor own performance in line with targets and accept feedback from your line manager in a constructive manner.
Maintain an awareness of the aims and objectives, policies and practices of the company.
