Account Executive – Talent Management Solutions

50-80k Base + 100-160k uncapped OTE + Executive Benefits

Our client provides best-in-class talent management solutions for career management, outplacements, and leadership development. Through assessments and coaching, they deliver first-class career transition services spanning multiple industry sectors. Due to ongoing growth, this exciting international company has an immediate opening in London for a hybrid-based Account Executive with experience selling HR services.

The successful Account Executive will be offered:

As an experienced Sales Professional, you will:

  • Work under the title of Account Director and prospect, develop, win and retain new business
  • Utilise pre-existing account relationships
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of national/international prospects
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Manage contract renewals
  • Perform regular account reviews
  • Collaborate internally
  • Attend a London office circa 2 days per week
Account Executive applicants require the following skills, experience, and traits:

  • Prior experience selling HR services/solutions at an executive level
  • Enterprise market exposure
  • Proven new business and account management experience (land and expand)
  • Strong knowledge of talent and leadership management solutions
  • Change management
  • Project management and implementation
  • Freedom to travel
