Comanos is working with a multi-technology company developing large scale renewable energy projects across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US and they have an exciting opportunity for aa Land Manager to join their team on the development side.
Lead land acquisition programs growing a portfolio of large-scale wind, solar and storage projects.
Identifying, negotiating and securing land rights for solar, wind and storage projects.
Collaboration and daily communication with site acquisition, grid project management, commercial and legal teams.
Working closely with the development team ensuring land strategy aligns and the legal team to establish agreements.
Prior experience working on ground mount solar PV, BESS and wind renewable energy projects.
Experience in Land Surveying/Management and a proven track record in executing successful land campaigns in different markets with different types of landowners.
Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) or any other spatial environmental and planning software systems
Speaking multiple languages is a plus.
