This role exists in the “Data Discovery and Integrity Team” in the “Data Management Hub”. We anticipate, as a collective, a portion of each member of this team’s time will be spent supporting the new cloud-based Enterprise Data Platform. Therefore, there is a backfill requirement to support this teams’ tasks.
Requirements may include, but are not limited to:
· Existing Data Catalogue product: Fix the quality of entries. Work with developers on improvements for the tool.
· Work with Service Design to capture User Needs around the search and discovery of data i.e. what do users around the Bank want from such as a tool.
· Data Quality: Input into the framework for Data Quality, reporting proposals and associated support materials for the burgeoning DQ service.
· Metadata: Capture metadata and describe data for datasets being on-boarded onto the existing Data
· and Analytics Platform.
· Depending on experience there will be occasions whereby the candidate will also get involved in all-hands business process designs, testing and other workshops for the cloud-based Enterprise Data Platform.
· However, this is not the core of the role, the core part of the role is the above backfill activities.
