Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Margate for an Archive Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing and motivating a team, setting sales goals and targets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked. The Store Manager will also be responsible for opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail store management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Passion for streetwear and the Stüssy brand
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom
