The Masons Arms is situated off the main Crookes Road opposite the post office in the heart of Crookes, which is an up and coming suburb of Sheffield with a growing number of young professionals and a large student population. The pub currently trades well off entertainment at the weekends but there is a lot of scope to develop a contemporary weekday offer. Investment into a small catering kitchen would be an advantage as there is a real opportunity for the new retailer to create a great locals pub with a simple but contemporary food offer. The pub boasts a recent refurbishment to the tap room, external decoration and toilets and has one of the largest beer garden areas in the area.
