Power Platform Developer, Inside IR35

Contract Term: 4 months

Contracting Authority: DfE

Location: Hybrid - Manchester / Sheffield / Coventry /Darlington

Power Platform Developer

The department has an ambitious plan to reduce the burden onexisting staff by introducing the use of automation tools, thusenabling the reduction of headcount targets within the department.Tools being built include Delegation Management System, InstantRewards, Business Case tool, Conflicts of interest, Error fraud andDebt.

The role will significantly enhance the Automation teamby enhancing our ability to deliver, but also upskill the juniormembers of staff and to expand the use of the Microsoft Power Platformtool along with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence.

Also, the management of the development and delivery ofsoftware in Power Platform.

Power Platform Developer - The rolewill provide technical support on:

  • The building of Powerapps and associated components as required by the organisation
  • Train the team in the use of advance functions
  • Explore and develop artificial intelligence functions inPower Apps, Power BI and Power Automate and others in existing and newsolutions that we build.
  • Provide support and guidance on theadministration and maintenance of Power Platform
  • Other tasksthat contribute to the development of our solutions and the team.
  • The ability to manage the development and delivery ofsoftware in Power Platform.
