What is the role?The position is a fee earning role within our Family Law Department. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of family law matters; including divorce cases, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements and relationship breakdowns. For this role we are ideally looking for a family lawyer and mediator, but the mediation element is not essential for the right person.
Who you are?You will be an experienced Family Lawyer with proven experience of handling a varied family law caseload with the skills to deal with sensitive family matters.
You will be a people person who has a positive, team-focused approach and be passionate about providing excellent client service. You will also have a proactive and flexible approach and be professional and friendly.
