Functieomschrijving:

Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen van interne processen, systemen en controles. Je helpt actief mee aan het helpen identificeren en beheren van risico’s.

Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begeleiden van de interne audits
  • De effectiviteit van de interne controlesystemen evalueren
  • Opmaken van getailleerde auditrapporten na elke afgeronde audit, verbeter voorstellen formuleren en bespreken van resultaten met het management
  • Ondersteunen van de maandelijkse afsluit
  • Toezicht houden op de consolidatie van verschillende entiteiten
  • Contacten onderhouden met externe partners
  • Trainen en begeleiden van medewerkers over interne controleprocedures
  • Risicobeheer
  • Actief deelnemen aan het proces van continue verbetering van auditmethoden en -processen.

De ideale kandidaat als Financial Controller heeft:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor-of masterdiploma in Finance, accountancy, bedrijfskunde,..
  • Je hebt een eerdere ervaring binnen controlling of audit met kennis van audit-standaarden, procedures en technieken
  • Je bent een teamplayer met goede communicatie vaardigheden, hands-on en dynamisch ingesteld
