Position Overview: We areseeking a results-driven Specification Sales Manager to drive growthand expand our market presence within the flat roofing systems sector.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales andbusiness development, with a deep understanding of roofing. This roleoffers the opportunity to leverage your expertise, build strongrelationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, anddevelopers, and play a key role in driving the success of the company.
Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets andincrease market share for flat roofing systems.
Identify andtarget key decision-makers, including architects, specifiers,consultants, contractors, and developers, to promote products andsecure specifications for projects.
Build and maintainrelationships with existing and potential clients, providing technicalexpertise, product training, and support throughout the sales process.
Stay informed about industry trends, building codes,regulations, and specifications related to flat roofing systems, andcommunicate relevant information to internal teams and customers.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, andcompetitor activity, providing insights and recommendations forstrategic initiatives and business growth.
Demonstrated success in building and maintainingrelationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, and other keystakeholders.
Results-drivenwith a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving businessgrowth.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail andthe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, andother sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for clientmeetings, site visits, and industry events.
