Location: Remote (UK) with regular trips to our customer in Oslo. Our ideal hire will be a business executive who understands and can manage the delicate balance of ensuring the profitable growth of Sapiens’ business in a defined account/territory, ensuring quality project delivery, achieving its financial targets, whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty are optimized. The effective and efficient execution of this role governs the overall business performance of the company and hence is seen as critical to its success. Customer management: Responsibility for the well-being of long-term customer relationship and customer satisfaction. Growth management: Delivery Management: The Program Director is the final point of accountability for ensuring quality, timely and on-budget delivery of Sapiens’ operations, solutions, and projects. P&L Management: Manage the P&L with the customer and be responsible for meeting the AOP targets, continuously focusing on lowering the total cost of ownership for the customer.

10+ years of management experience (staff and budget responsibility) in service delivery within a global enterprise software solutions company.
~ A background of working within Life & Pensions Insurance industry will be a big advantage.
~ Familiar with Agile methodology.
~ Proven experience of leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solutions.
~ Proven experience of growing business with existing customers both hands-on and by leading a team of account managers.
~ Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.
~ Proven track record of successful solution delivery with demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects, juggling competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
~ Excellent communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
~ Willingness to travel to meet with our customer in Oslo as needed.
