They are seeking a highly results driven leader with experience in business development/ outbound sales calls, and marketing.
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be heading up the sales team, responsible for their output, whilst assisting with the direct marketing and strategy.
Salary of up to £50,000 per year plus bonuses of up to a further £18,000.
Location: Andover, this is a full-time, office based role.
Hours Monday - Thursday (Apply online only) and Friday 0800 - 15.Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales/business development manager, who excels in managing a team, motivating each individual to strive for their best results. Alongside managing the Business Development Team, you will be providing direction and strategy to the marketing team, optimising outbound marketing and website to achieve the best results for the business.
Sales & Marketing Manager role responsibilities:
* Quality control of new leads
* Telemarketing - creating new relevant opportunities and good quality leads
* Take on key clients, build rapport with longer term prospects and build up a meaningful pipeline
* Manage CRM and keep up to date
* Provide direction and support to the marketing department
* Social media & website - assist and provide content for company social media, mailshots, news and website
* Set up, run and work on regular focused marketing campaigns & newsletters
* Assist sales team to organize, plan and prepare presentations, designs, and quotes
Experience/knowledge of project related sales
* Background in new business development (within project/design/construction)
* Marketing knowledge
