Coordinate project schedules.
Establish SharePoint folders for projects.
Follow up on Project handover forms and installation forms.
Maintain CRM by updating customer contact details.
Verify prerequisites ahead of installations.
Monitor the Project Admin case queue.
Pursue legacy Orders to determine ongoing needs or project closure feasibility for customers.
