An experienced and professional Sales & Marketing Manager is required for our FMCG company which will be based at their Enfield facility and reporting to the Commercial Director. This is a great opportunity to work for a very well-established business in the food ingredients industry.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Role Responsibilities:
- Sales Development : Expand retail sales within the grocery market, focusing on sustainable and profitable growth.
- Account Management : Ensure effective management of accounts, maintaining them within acceptable credit terms.
- Brand Promotion : Drive the marketing strategies for our client's brand, enhancing its market presence and customer engagement.
Sales and Marketing Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in sales , preferably within the retail sector, demonstrating the ability to develop and expand sales channels.
- Strategic Planning: Exceptional organizational skills with a structured and strategic approach to sales.
- Commercial Insight : Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends and dynamics.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in computer literacy and modern sales tools. Good knowledge of customer portals.
- Customer Service : Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and industrious, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Career Vision: Desire for stable, long-term employment with a growth-oriented company.
- Communication: Excellent communication and administrative skills, essential for effective client interaction and internal coordination.
