About the Role

Novatus Global is seeking a talented and dynamic AI Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the AI capabilities across our RegTech solutions, particularly within Novatus En:ACT. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation by harnessing the power of AI.

 

Responsibilities will include

  • AI Enhancement:  Collaborate with the development team to enhance the AI capabilities of Novatus En:ACT, ensuring that it remains a cutting-edge solution in the RegTech industry.
  • Research and Development:  Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies relevant to regulatory compliance. Research emerging trends and best practices to continuously improve our AI-driven solutions.
  • Algorithm Development:  Design, develop, and implement advanced AI algorithms and models to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Novatus En:ACT in addressing regulatory compliance challenges.
  • Data Analysis:  Analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights that can inform the development and optimisation of AI algorithms within our RegTech solutions.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data engineers, and regulatory experts to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our products.
  • Testing and Validation:  Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure their robustness, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation:  Document AI algorithms, methodologies, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure transparency within the organisation.
  • Training and Support:  Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on AI-related functionalities and features within Novatus En:ACT.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
  • Proven experience working in AI development, through studies or work experience.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and other AI techniques.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and requirements is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
