Lead and manage the Maths department, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and engaging Maths curriculum
# Provide guidance and support to Maths teachers, fostering a collaborative and positive teaching culture
# Monitor and assess student progress in Maths, implementing interventions when necessary
# Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
# Mentor and support Maths teachers in their professional development
# Contribute to the school's Maths program and extracurricular activities
# Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, Specialization in Mathematics or a related field, Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education (preferred), Extensive experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in a leadership role, In-depth knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum, Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Mathematics education.
