About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the agency's technical scripting team, driving innovation, and aligning operations with strategic goals. This position offers an exciting mix of leadership, technical oversight, and strategic planning in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of survey programmers, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
Design and implement operational strategies, driving efficiency and innovation.
Oversee technical elements such as survey programming, data processing, and reporting, while troubleshooting and proposing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with client and project goals.
Manage budgets, recruitment, and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
Expert knowledge of survey platforms (e.g., Forsta Plus/Confirmit) and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
Leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and mentor teams.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and industry knowledge, particularly in market research.
Familiarity with data processing, reporting platforms, and APIs (desirable).
