About the Role

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Blackpool. This is a long-term placement, offering the chance to make a real difference in a child's life.
You'll be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who needs additional support to focus on their learning and manage challenging or defiant behaviour.


What you'll do:

  • Implement personalised behaviour support plans to help the pupil thrive.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and encouragement throughout the school day.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment.
  • Track and document the pupil's progress to measure the impact of your support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
