About the Role:  

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Developer/Technical Lead to lead the development of our innovative platform from the ground up. This pivotal role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on development, focusing on delivering a seamless and robust user experience. As a leader of the technical team, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology, driving the project's technical direction, and mentoring a small team of developers. Your expertise in bringing concepts to reality will be paramount in steering the development process towards achieving our vision of innovation and excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of a scalable and versatile digital platform.
  • Implement robust integrations with third-party services, including live streaming platforms, e-commerce solutions, and community tools like Discourse.
  • Oversee all aspects of platform updates, enhancements, and releases.
  • Architect a sophisticated backend infrastructure with an integrated CRM system to optimize artist and fan interactions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a highly skilled, agile development team, promoting best practices and a culture of innovation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining open-source, multi-tenant CMS platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in live platform development with direct release management responsibilities.
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure and executing third-party integrations.
  • Strong background in product-led environments, utilizing analytics and performance monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant programming languages.
