Many upcoming project opportunities: The company have secured many projects in the Southeast which are due to start after Easter 2024, with many more in the pipeline for 2024/2025.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* MCIOB or AssocRICS qualified.

* At least 3 years' experience carrying out full building surveys on residential and commercial properties.

* Must have a professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Able to travel to our office based in Aylesford, Kent and to our South-East-based projects.

* Foundation knowledge of relevant surveying duties and current building regulations.

* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

* Experience within the insurance reinstatement sector would be beneficial.

* Clean UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
