I am currently assisting a leading and one of the largest FM service providers with their ongoing search for electrical maintenance engineer to work on a luxury, high end residential site in the heart of the City.
Monday - Friday (days only) - Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend (non-compulsory)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
# Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
# Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
# Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
# Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
# Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.

NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
#Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
# Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
