About you:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be someone who enjoys a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. Communication is key to this role both internally and working with stakeholders of all levels. Due to the precise and timely nature of client needs, attention to detail is vital to be successful. You will also need to own tasks and projects with the ability to finalise these within tight deadlines.

What will you do?

  • You'll be handling import and export documentation on a daily basis
  • Shipment coordination and logistics management, whilst working to regulatory compliance
  • Client relationship management with clients across the globe
  • Warehouse and inventory coordination

What will you need?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations, freight forwarding, or a related logistics role
  • Strong understanding of customs CDS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges, such as delays or customs issues
  • Willingness to work closely with colleagues in a small, family-oriented business environment, with a hands-on approach when needed
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
