The Role: Healthcare Assistant/and reablement
Offer personal care, including meals, personal hygiene rehabilitation support and overall reassurance and safety.
Provide additional support with training if required in the following areas: reablement, phlebotomy, holistic support.
You’ll visit patients in their homes, carrying out nursing and rehabilitation tasks under the direction of a qualified practitioner.
We require Rehabilitation Support Workers to work seamlessly alongside our clinical teams to provide rehabilitation and reablement services to patients in their own homes to help support their recovery following illness / admission to hospital.
Alongside a relevant NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification , you’ll have the confidence to work autonomously in the community and share our commitment to delivering quality patient care. A driver’s licence and access to a car, this is essential as it’s a mobile role.
