We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Richmond. Key responsibilities:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Vendors to Buyersensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

Your main duties will include :

  • Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
  • First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
  • Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
  • Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
  • Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
