Essential Role Requirements: • NEBOSH Level 5 certification • Experience leading or managing Health & Safety in a manufacturing, automotive, or workshop environment • Strong understanding of H&S legislation, risk assessments, compliance frameworks, and best practices Desirable Role Requirements: • Experience designing and delivering training or development programmes • Background in establishing or running an internal training academy • Knowledge of automotive industry standards or luxury-brand operational environments Salary: Competitive (plus salary sacrifice car scheme, healthcare plan, and provided workwear/uniform if required) Role Description: As Urban Automotive's Health & Safety Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the safety culture of a growing luxury automotive brand. You'll be responsible for maintaining, elevating, and embedding top-tier Health & Safety practices across the business. A major part of the position involves creating and leading our new in-house training academy. You'll design and implement development programmes that ensure every team member is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to work safely and confidently, supporting a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
