44,000 per annum (with performance-related pay increases)

Are you a motivated and customer-focused maintenance technician with electrical expertise? Our client, a prominent player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join their team in Gloucestershire.
The Maintenance Technician's primary focus is to ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct preventative maintenance, and maintain high equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment
Manage contractors and critical spare parts inventory
Perform repairs to building infrastructure and create maintenance lists for new installations
Collaborate with team members to ensure food safety and partner safety
Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with an electrical bias
Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance systems
Proficient in fault finding on Siemens PLCs and automated systems
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Experience in conveyor maintenance, motor controllers, high voltage switching, and building equipment maintenance
Engineering Apprentice Trained
Welding experience
Siemens PLC fault finding skills
Mechanical and electro-pneumatic experience
FMCG or food industry experience
