I am working with a leading utilities company who are seeking a new Business Development Manager who will be responsible of driving and developing sales for a Kent start up. They are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales to drive our sales growth and establish new business partnerships within the UK market.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the UK market, targeting key opportunities and customers.
Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
Represent the company at industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
At least 10 years of experience within a senior sales position
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
Frequent travel within the UK for client meetings and events.
Dedication to sustainable business practices and renewable energy promotion.
50000 salary (ball part depending on experience)

~ Performance-based bonuses.
