Tears Of Sutton Bridge provides a specialist recovery service from their depots in King’s Lynn, Spalding and Sutton Bridge and pride themselves on their excellent customer service and reputation.
Over the past 27 years they have made a continued commitment to develop and update a comprehensive fleet of recovery vehicles making them one of the biggest in the area.
Tears Of Sutton Bridge are looking for a Recovery Controller to join their team - this role is based at our Sutton Bridge Depot (PE12 9SH)
Liaising with customers via telephone to provide updates for recoveries
Liaising with recovery drivers and other recovery clubs to resolve dispatch issues
Taking credit card payments for private customers
General office administration tasks
Overtime is an absolute requirement of the role, due to working in a small team of 4, holiday cover and absence cover will be required.

Recovery Controller
Salary : £11 per hour after probation period - time and a half is paid after 40 hours and bank holidays.
Three 40 hour weeks – One 32 hour week – Shift Patterns work on a rota basis of early, middle and late shifts (early shift starts at 06.30am and a late shift ends at 10.30pm weekdays and 11.00pm weekends. all are 8 hour shifts.
