Job Description

Meriton Associates Limited is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our client's team as a Permanent Land Manager. The ideal candidate must have specific experience in Land, be organised, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and secure potential land acquisitions
  • Assess value of land to develop and identify potential opportunities
  • Negotiate with local authorities and government bodies as required
  • Manage land disposal and acquisition programmes
  • Undertake feasibility studies
  • Manage and deliver development briefs and appraisals
  • Make recommendations about legal and land planning topics
  • Provide effective reporting and collate information on progress
Requirements
  • Achieved or in the process of achieving a relevant qualification
  • Previous experience working on land acquisition projects
  • Excellent communication, management, and negotiating skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan and work independently
