Duties and Responsibilities:
As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It's an ethos each and every Partner works by and you'll carry into your own role too.
As a Deputy Branch Manager you will contribute to a high performing branch culture and lead by example, guiding Partners to embrace teamwork across the Branch. You will engage Partners in the business plan strategy and delivery, whilst implementing the vision for the Branch. You will support the Branch Manager by leading and developing a team of managers to deliver an inspiring Partner experience.
Job Requirements:
You will drive for the highest standards of shop keeping, to ensure the safe, legal and profitable operation of the Branch. You will encourage Partners to be focused on availability, cleanliness and presentation at all times, making an outstanding customer experience the first priority.
