Job Title: Senior Estimator
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Company committed to creating high-quality, sustainable, and innovative Commercial and Domestic Projects.
Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their projects around Essex and Parts of London.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Commercial and Domestic projects.
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
NEC3 contract knowledge to manage and forecast project costs.
Travel to project sites to gather information and assess project requirements.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the Commercial and Domestic sectors.
Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
Great Understanding MS Projects and Excel.
