Job Description

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Providing financial insight for decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to financial reporting.
  • Working closely with other departments to drive financial performance.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency within the department.
  • Supporting internal and external audits as needed.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development within the Property industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, ICAS, ICAEW or equialent)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • An ability to work well within a team and independently.
