This is a fantastic opportunity for someone deeply passionate about Software Development who wants to constantly improve. They are genuinely at the forefront of this space and need to hire top engineering talent as their team scales across Product Development and Engineering.

Their team operates remotely, spanning Europe and North America. They hold monthly team meet ups for three days, typically Monday-Wednesday. The team is a mix of research and engineering experts, all committed to building high-quality systems with solid software development principles. Utilise your expertise and understanding of customer requirements to assist the engineering team in designing and implementing high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions while maintaining a standardised poolside platform.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system architectures, configurations, procedures, and client communications.
Proficiency with distributed systems, data pipelines, distributed processing, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and storage solutions.
Programming proficiency in Go (ideally) but more than open to Ruby, or Python, with additional value for experience in C++
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform,, as well as monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Industry Leading compensation package
