As a Salesforce Engineering Manager you will take on a hybrid role that combines strong leadership abilities with hands-on technical expertise in the Salesforce environment. Ensuring that the company's Salesforce solutions are aligned with our business objectives.

This role is perfect for a seasoned Salesforce professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges and who thrives in a leadership position. You will have direct reports and will be expected to contribute to development efforts at a Senior Engineer level, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to an agile team of Salesforce engineers
  • Remain hands-on with Salesforce development, including coding, configuration, and customisation, leveraging Apex, Lightning, and various APIs
  • Work in close collaboration with the Head of Engineering

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading technical teams, with a track record of managing and mentoring individual contributors
  • Skilled in Agile project management methodologies, facilitating an environment of continuous integration and delivery
  • Several years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integrated solutions
