These are special types of foods popular amongst the residents originating from the Indian sub-continent. We are looking for a Specialist Indian Curry Chef & Tandoori Chef.

Salary review; Duties include preparation of complex Indian Curry and Tandoori dishes, preparing menu, training and supervising junior Chefs, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance and HACCP protocols, monitoring food safety & temperatures, maintaining cleanliness and good order within work areas, care and maintenance of specialist Indian Curry and Tandoori equipment, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned.
Industry specific academic qualification will be considered as an added experience. We also require that the candidate must have minimum A-level or equivalent academic qualification.
